PASADENA, Calif. — Heavy winds wreaked havoc at a Rose Bowl site dedicated to fans a day ahead of the big game.
The reported dust devil caused swirling, tornado-like winds that picked up tents and debris, as people screamed and ran for cover.
There were four injuries, but none were said to be major.
