CALEDONIA, Mich. — Two people from Hastings were killed Wednesday in a crash on M-37.
According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department, the crash happened at approximately 9:08 a.m. just south of 100th Street SE when the driver of a northbound vehicle lost control and collided with a southbound vehicle.
Both people in the northbound vehicle, 75-year-old John Snyder and 73-year-old Marlene Snyder, were killed in the crash. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
M-37 was closed in both directions until about 12:13 p.m., officials said.
