MUSKEGON, HEIGHTS, Mich. -- One person died in a fire Saturday morning.
Muskegon Heights Police said a fire broke out at a home on 6th Street around 7:00 a.m.
A woman died in the fire, and authorities also confirm the victim had a one-year-old, but the child wasn't in the home at the time.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, but it's believed to have started at the back of the home.
