Dave & Buster’s bringing 250 jobs to 28th Street in Kentwood

KENTWOOD, Mich. — Dave & Buster’s is looking for 250 employees to join its first West Michigan location, scheduled to open May 18 at 3660 28th Street SE in Kentwood.

Available positions include host staff, servers, bartenders, cooks, and more.

“With the success of the Detroit area locations and the growing dining scene in Grand Rapids, it made perfect sense to bring the very best in food, drink, entertainment and sports viewing to West Michigan,” said Randy Kerney, general manager of the new location in Kentwood. “Dave and Buster’s is excited to offer high-energy applicants a fun and dynamic work atmosphere that’s unlike any other.”

The menu also features cocktails including the Miami Ice Snow Cone, Original CoronaRita and Strawberry Watermelon Margarita made with strawberry flavored ice cubes.

The new Dave & Buster’s will feature a 360-degree sports bar that provides “better than stadium” seating and massive high-definition televisions throughout.

Dave & Buster’s patrons also can play more than 150 new games in the Million Dollar Midway, including Transformers Human Alliance, Mach Storm, Fruit Ninja FX2 and Kung Fu Panda Dojo Mojo.
