GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- If you're looking for a new pet to bring into your family, there is a free adoption event coming up.
Saturday, April 25th, BISSELL Pet Foundation will be sponsoring 100% of all adoption fees at both the Kent County Animal Shelter and Humane Society of West Michigan.
In addition, BISSELL Homecare, Inc. will give every new pet family a free cleaning product.
In place of adoption costs, families are asked to bring in donations of canned pet food or new blankets. Adopters will be required to purchase a dog license which costs $12.
You can adopt at the Kent County Animal Shelter April 25th from 8am to 3pm, and at the Humane Society of West Michigan that same day, from 11am to 4pm.
