The X-Files event series will kick-off January 24, 2016.
FOX announced in March that stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson would return as FBI agents Mulder and Scully for a six-episode event series helmed by creator Chris Carter.
The two-night premiere event will begin Jan. 24 following the NFC Championship game, according to FOX.
The X-Files originally premiered in September 1993 and ran for nine seasons.
