Three days of music, food & fun at Grand Haven VFW Coast Guard Celebration Bash

GRAND HAVEN, Mich.-- The annual Coast Guard Festival is underway in Grand Haven and part of the festivities includes the 2015 Grand Haven VFW Coast Guard Celebration Bash.

It's set for July 30th through August 1st and presented by the Grand Haven VFW, Tempstar Heating and Electric, and Bowen Heating and Cooling.

The event offers three days of music, food, and great craft beers and domestics along with Jackyl lead singer and co-star of reality show Full Throttle Saloon, Jesse James Durpee's, Jesse James American Outlaw Bourbon, Spice, and Honey Whiskey.

Admission is free.

It's located at 20 North First Street in Grand Haven.

Here is a rundown of what to expect:

The event kicks-off Thursday, July 30th at 3:00 PM. Live music starts at 4:30 PM until 11:00 PM

On July 31 the event kicks-off at 3:00 PM with the Sobie Meats Pig Roast Pig Out dinner at 4:00 PM. Cost: $8.00 per serving with side. Live music starts at 5:00 PM until 12:45 AM

On August 1 the event kicks off at 11:00 AM with American Pride Bloody Marys for $2.00 until 12:00 Noon. Live music starts at 12:00 Noon until 12:45 AM. Superior Foods salmon burger dinner begins at 4:00 PM. Cost: $8.00 per salmon burger with side.

The Coast Guard Festival runs July 24th through August 2nd.
