CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich. - The Kent County Sheriff and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery in Cedar Springs.
The call came in about 9:40am at the Chase Bank on 7 North Main Street about a lone suspect armed with a pistol.
The suspect is described as a black male, about six foot tall, 25-28 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white handkerchief over his face, gloves, and baggy blue jeans. He showed a gun to the clerk and demanded cash. He took the money and put it in a white canvas bag and fled west towards the White Pine Trail.
