GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A historic set of power lifting meets are set to hit Grand Rapids.
Unreal Fitness will host both meets, open to all, which will act as qualifiers for subsequent state and national tournaments. The first will be a USPF meet held on February 6th. This is the first time a USPF will be held in Grand Rapids. The second will be a USAPL meet held on March 12th.
Power lifting competitions require competitors to compete for heaviest squat, bench press and dead lift.
