IRON MOUNTAIN, Minn. — New police dashcam video out of Minnesota shows a semi driver pulling away after an inspection, and failing to stop at the flashing red lights of a railroad crossing.  The truck was then struck by a train.

According to reports, the incident happened last month.  Minnesota State Patrol had just conducted a routine inspection on the semi.  In the video, the driver pulls forward and approaches the active railroad crossing.  A train can be heard blaring its horn in the background.

The driver of the semi never stops, and there was a collision.  The officer in the patrol car can be heard uttering an obscenity that was bleeped out.

After being dragged roughly a quarter of a mile down the track, the driver only suffered a minor injury.  He was ticketed for failing to stop at a railroad crossing.
