Late goal gives Lightning 3-1 series lead over Red Wings

DETROIT, Mich. — Detroit rallied back from a 2-0 second period deficit, but Ondrej Palat’s goal with 2:59 left in regulation sent the Red Wings to a 3-2 loss in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference First Round series with the Lightning. The Lightning now take a 3-1 series lead back to Tampa Bay for Thursday’s Game 5.

Darren Helm and Gustav Nyquist scored goals for Detroit.
