Consignment shop donating proceeds to families of teens in fatal crash

The Attic

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – An area consignment shop is helping out families of five teens involved in a fatal crash last month.

Alyssa Eggerding died in the crash in early April at Vinton Avenue and 9 Mile Road when the car she was riding in crashed into a tree.  Olivia Lawrence, Kaitlin Keeler, Alyssa Naughton and Armando Mendoza were all injured in the crash.

The Attic is donating 15% of sales on Saturday, May 7 to the families of Eggerding and Lawrence.  The next weekend, Saturday, May 14, The Attic is donating 15% to the families of Naughton, Keeler and Mendoza.

The Attic has two locations: 3519 Alpine NW in Grand Rapids and in Norton Shores at 5169 Harvey Street.
