Teen, 4-year-old girl injured in NE Grand Rapids shooting

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Police are investigating a shooting on Grand Rapids' northeast side.

Grand Rapids Police tell us that a 17-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl were injured in the shooting, which happened in the area of Leonard and Emerald.

Police say shots were fired at the teen from a vehicle and the girl was also struck by gunfire.  Their injuries are non-life threatening.

We have a crew heading to the scene and we'll have more details when they become available.
