GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A Grand Rapids man was sentenced Tuesday for shooting his girlfriend and leading police on a chase through the city, along with other charges.

Theo Little was sentenced to a minimum 25 years in prison for charges that include Kidnapping, Armed Robbery, CSC 2nd, and Felony Firearms.  The maximum that he could serve on those charges is 75 years.  This sentence will begin after he serves a mandatory two-year sentence on another firearms charge and Assault with Intent to Murder.

Little pleaded guilty to the charges in June.

On April 28, Little shot and wounded his girlfriend in the neck on the northeast side of Grand Rapids. Later in the day, he robbed a Kentwood business and stole a car, before leading police on a chase through the city.  The chase ended near John Ball Park.
