UPDATE 7:40 P.M. -- All lanes have re-opened as of 7:30 p.m.
KENT COUNTY, Mich. -- Two lanes of southbound US-131 are closed Thursday due to buckling.
The pavement buckled on the highway just north of 28th Street, according to a spokesperson with the Michigan Department of Transportation.
The spokesperson says two lanes will be closed in the area for repairs until about 9 p.m. Thursday.
