CASCADE TWP, Mich. -- A semi on fire slowed westbound highway traffic early Thursday evening.
It happened along the side of westbound I-96 near M-6 around 5:50 p.m.
Kent County dispatch says they didn't receive any injury calls pertaining to this incident. Dispatch says they received reports that the semi's cargo included "rolls of paper."
Video submitted by Eric McKee shows the semi burning on the side of the highway.
All lanes were re-opened a little after 8 p.m.
