GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — Two people were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after a car accident Saturday night at the intersection of 168th and Comstock Street.
The Ottawa county Sheriff’s Department says the vehicle failed to stop at the red light at that intersection and struck a vehicle that had the right of way.
Police say the driver of that second vehicle was pinned inside until firefighters arrived and extricated him.
The driver who failed to stop was taken to the hospital and cited for failing to yield at a red light.
