If the Olympics are getting you in the mood to bike, swim, or run, you should take part in the Michigan Titanium happening in Grand Rapids.

The Michigan Titanium is the only full-iron triathlon in the state of Michigan, and the second largest independent full iron in the country.

They also offer a half iron and an Olympic distance run.

The race takes place August 21 with races starting at 7 a.m. and continuing throughout the day. The starting line is at Versluis Park in Palinfield Township.

If you don't want to take part in the race, the Michigan Titanium still needs volunteers! They're offering $150 to any group of 10 to 15 people who work a six hour shift at the triathlon.
