Walk down the streets of Grand Haven while listening to talented local artists at Walk the Beat this Saturday, August 20.
Walk the Beat's mission is to teach the rhythm of life, and to connect Grand Haven businesses, community, and musicians into one event.
The music starts at 1 p.m. and plays through the afternoon until 5 p.m. During the event, guests can buy tickets at $10 each for chances to win over $20,000 in prizes or the grand prize of $5,000.
This will also be an open house event for many of Grand Haven's local businesses. They'll be there to show off their local products and services.
The Jake Kershaw Band, one of the bands performing during Walk the Beat, gave us a preview of what kind of music will be played at the event.
