FOX 17 – The sports world and the TV programming worlds collide Saturday night on FOX 17. Fox Network is airing UFC Fight Night, while locally, FOX 17 will be airing the Detroit Lions third preseason game vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
But never fear, you’ll get to see both. But you may need some manual adjusting of your DVR if are recording either event for later. Here’s how things are going to go:
- 6:00pm – UFC Fight Night preliminary matches
- 7:00pm -NFL – Detroit Lions at Baltimore Ravens
- 10:00pm (or when the Lions game ends) – UFC Fight Night. This will be on tape delay, so avoid social media or websites if you don’t want to know the results. It is airing nationally from 8:00pm – 10:00pm.
- Midnight (or when UFC Fight Night ends) – The 2nd hour of the UFC preliminary matches. This is also on tape delay and airs nationally from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
