KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Two former WMU football players have been officially charged for their suspected involvement in a weekend robbery and assault.

Bryson White was charged Monday for armed robbery, home invasion and larceny for an incident that happened last Friday night, where a woman said she was assaulted and robbed at gun and knife-point.

Ronald George was also arraigned Monday morning on charges of armed robbery, home invasion and larceny.  Both players were freshmen and both were kicked off the team on Sunday.

WMU Head Coach P.J. Fleck took responsibility for the situation saying that it was him who brought White and George to Kalamazoo.
