WILCOX TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 66-year-old man died Saturday in a crash on E. 1 Mile Road near N. Sycamore Avenue.
The Newaygo County Sheriff’s Department says the crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV happened at about 4:04 p.m.
The motorcyclist, George Paul Fernandez, of Midland, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a release.
The driver of the SUV, 30-year-old Jessica Heather Cole, of Mt. Sterling, Ken., and two young children in her vehicle were not injured.
