As part of Mercy Health's "West Michigan Moves" series, our fourth and final "I Will Get Fit" challenger is Michael Thompson. Michael will be under the instruction of trainer Kyle Callahan at Grand Rapids NE Fit Body Boot Camp, located at 1971 E. Beltline Ave. NE.
Michael has already tackled the six week boot camp challenge, dropping 17 pounds and he figured going another 12 weeks for The Morning Mix competition, would really get him to his goals. His biggest downfall? He enjoys craft beer and snacks, but admits that the six week challenge has already helped him tackle some of those cravings.
