Back in October, Fox 17 Morning Mix kicked off the I Will Get Fit Challenge, where four contestants went out on a mission to engage in a healthier lifestyle.
Our challengers have been hitting it hard, and there's no turning back now!
Challenger Michael, and his trainer, Kyle from Knapp's Corner Fit Body Boot Camp, came in to give us an update on his progress.
So far, Michael has lost about 3 percent of body fat. He's also completed one of his goals of running the Turkey Trot 5K in November.
With these goals completed, his next goal is to improve his 5K time, or even run a 10K all the way through.
Don't be intimidated just because "boot camp" is in the gym name. Classes at Fit Body Boot Camp are only 30 minutes long, so it's easy to fit in a class even with a busy schedule.
Workouts are also high intensity, so they're designed to burn body fat and build muscle.
Trainers at Fit Body Boot Camp encourage first timers to try their three day free trial. The workout may look intimidating at first, but once you finish you'll want to come back!
