- Sweet potatoes
- Favorite rub
- Olive oil
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Cut them as thick as steak fries.
- Toss the potato wedges in olive oil, and sprinkle your rub of choice on top.
- Preheat the grill to 425 degrees. Once it's hot, place the wedges on the grill.
- Grill the potatoes for 8 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes. Or cook them until they have grill marks and are tender.
