HOLLAND, Mich. -- A group of local high school students are paying it forward by collecting nearly 1,500 toys for those who otherwise may not wake up to a gift on Christmas day.
Students at West Ottawa High School in Holland spent the last month collecting toys for their 'Operation Toy Drive'.
Saturday the students spent the day wrapping the gifts before the are donated.
We're told the gifts are going to more than 170 kids throughout the district.
