WYOMING, Mich. — A man has pleaded no contest after being charged in a string of arsons and vehicle thefts in Wyoming.

Casey Marvin pleaded no contest Thursday to second and third-degree arson, first-degree home invasion, fleeing police and unlawful driving away of a vehicle, according to Wyoming 17th Circuit Court officials.

Marvin was charged with starting several fires July 5, including one at GS Fireworks on 44th Street.  He was later found jumping from the balcony of an apartment building near GS, where another fire had been set.  He then allegedly stole a vehicle.

Later, he allegedly tried to get into two homes on Oriole SW, stole another car, and led police on a chase that ended at 36th and Burlingame SW.

Marvin will be sentenced at 2 p.m. Nov. 14.
